Ingredients:  De-alc South Australian wine, grape juice concentrate, Davidson Plum extract, ascorbic acid, sulphites.

SERVING SUGGESTION:  Keep refrigerated and serve cold in a champagne flute or coupe. Once opened, the sparkling should keep its fizz for up to 5 days with a champagne stopper.

A little about CHERRYBROOK, NSW 2126

Hills District · Sydney Region

Cherrybrook is a suburb of Sydney, located 27 kilometres north-west from the Sydney CBD. Cherrybrook falls in the local government area of Hornsby Shire. and is located in the Hills District of Sydney.

The Dharug people are recognised as the traditional custodians of the land around Cherrybrook.

Joseph Harrison, married to Mary Ann Thompson, settled on a pieces of land in 1839. There they planted orchards and built a timber cottage which they named “Cherrybrook Cottage”. The name “Cherrybrook” is thought to have come from the fact they grew cherry trees near the creek, which passed through their land.

Many of the street in Cherrybrook are named after native trees, plants, trees, and historical figures from convict times or local landowners. When subdividing Cherrybrook from 1959 onwards, the developers chose colonial architects as the naming theme for some streets. However, none of the architects and surveyors were associated with or lived in Cherrybrook.
