    Polka's newest addition to the range is a sparkling rosé, made from South Australian wine and featuring the native botanical Davidson Plum. A naturally bitter, tart, deep red fruit which adds depth to our red fruit characteristics.

    Ingredients:  De-alc South Australian wine, grape juice concentrate, Davidson Plum extract, ascorbic acid, sulphites.

    SERVING SUGGESTION:  Keep refrigerated and serve cold in a champagne flute or coupe. Once opened, the sparkling should keep its fizz for up to 5 days with a champagne stopper.

    A little about PADDINGTON, NSW 2021

    Paddington is a beautiful 30-minute stroll from the CBD. It is the inner-city Sydney suburb of artistic vigour and laid-back living.

    Located in the City of Sydney in the south and the Municipality of Woollahra in the north, Paddington is straddling the line between city and the east. It is a true sanctuary for creative souls and social butterflies alike.

    The renowned Oxford Street, the colourful main artery of the Paddintong, was originally a key walking track before European settlement.

    The predominant silhouette here is the charming Victorian terrace house. They were not always the trendy icons they are now. In the 1950s, plans to demolish the terrace “slums” were overturned by post-war European migrants. They revived the houses with licks of pastel paint and reconfigurations.
